Masks

School has started requiring masks again.  And since we moved I don't know where my masks went!  So I needed to make some new ones.

I might not have known where my masks were, I knew where my cricut supplies were! so I was able to cut out some new masks.  I have very little waste on these, the little squares are part of my leader/enders (yes I am working on more than one!) and then 2.5" squares to keep up my collection (not that it's getting any smaller after all the quilts I feel like I have made with them!

Here are some of the masks I have recently made for myself.

Christmas ornaments

I got a great deal on these rounds last year off Amazon.  I hadn't had the chance to play with them until this fall.

I actually used HTV (heat transfer vinyl) also known and iron on vinyl.  I was able to use my easy press mini to put these one!

Some definitely turned out cuter than others.

I am not sure if I will give them as gifts or just hang them on my tree!

Potholders

I have been making some more potholders for my craft fairs, so I have a good variety.

I found these cute you rule SVGS and thought they would make a nice potholder gift set, since many people that buy them, buy them as teacher gifts.

I found some very awesome coffee SVGs, so of course I tried a few of them.

And then the ever popular Thanks for making me one smart cookie.

This time when I did them, I used my easy press mini, and it was SO much easier than using my iron had been!!

If you are interested in buying a potholder, you can contact me by leaving a comment here, or checking out my facebook page (http://facebook.com/quiltedgoods)

Twin shirts

One of my friends has twins.  I saw shirts that had these saying on it.  So I HAD to make it for her girls.

The first set are actually black, with purple glitter

I meant to use a different font, but I forgot :/ But I did these in glow in the dark vinyl.

One of my husband's cousins recently had twins.  And so I decided to make her some onesies for her twins.

I love having my cricut and all the fun things I am able to do with them!

Easy press mini

My mother in law gets me the BEST Christmas presents! My favorite gift was a new LED lightbulb for my featherweight.  It's so nice to have, and nice to not burn my finger!

One of the gifts she got me was this, a Cricut easy press mini.  I haven't really been too interested in getting an easy press because I have a heat press.

I wasn't too sure how much or often I would use this, since it's so small (and adorable!)

But it is VERY handy when I am doing my little blocks, or working on my wristlets and I just need to get in a small space.

It's also nice because you have to push a button to turn it on, so my cats won't be able to accidentally turn it on if they knock it over!

Shower gifts

My brother in law is getting married in October. And I decided to make a lot more of the gifts I give.

For the shower for his fiancée, I made her some potholders.  (the whisks one is just one for my craft fairs).

I hope she liked them!  I did not make the potholders.  I bought them!

I also made her this shirt.

cricut tiles

I wanted to play with making tiles with my cricut machine.

These are small, 2 inches by 4 inches.   I wanted something small in case someone wanted something small to add to their order.

I decided they would be $2 for one or $5 for 3.  They were super easy to make, and real cute!

Heat Transfer Vinyl - not Quilting related

Since I got my cricut, I have been wanting to play with HTV (heat transfer vinyl).

So I put this on a pillowcase I'd bought.  The letters aren't straight, because I am still learning with my machine ;)

This one is on a tote bag, again I know it's not straight.  I don't think it's too bad for my first time using the HTV.

New toy

I got a new toy recently!!!

Here is Minnie checking it out.

And I added a little bling to it.  I have some ideas of things I can do that are quilting related!! I can't wait to have some time this summer to play with it!
