Here is step one of adding sashings. Some of the blocks were 12.5", so that made it interesting. I had a very hard time trying to decide how to sash it.
Challenges are, well, maybe a pain. I have several block sets that I've never done anything with because the blocks are different sizes and not easily melded together. You are doing a nice job.
